The dream was audacious. Let’s establish a single location where anyone seeking a better future can confidently access the assessment, coaching, and training resources they need. Elevate Your Career Inc.’s president and founder, Helen Horyza, along with a team of brilliant colleagues, built the foundation for this state-of-the-art career-launching platform.

First, Helen developed the Elevate Career Cycle Model , the foundation for everything we do. Take a moment to reflect on the model and experience a remarkable level of insight and clarity about where you are and where you would like to be.

Next, she invented the suite of Elevations assessments. Elevations was born of frustration. Helen noticed that most career coaches used multiple assessments that were not correlated or designed to work together. In essence, they delivered an overwhelming and confusing set of data to people who were already in a state of stuckness. There had to be a better way.

Inspired by the brilliance and simplicity of the four temperaments. Helen designed the Elevations suite of assessments to prioritize your values, skills, and career-related interests into a strength-based, remarkably accurate temperament profile. She created a version for students, career changers, and organizations. Since 2003 Elevations was first released, over 70,000 people have experienced Elevations and elevated their careers and lives.

With the model and assessment in place, it was time to work with employee groups and community-based organizations to facilitate integrated training and coaching events. We have delivered hundreds of programs transforming work cultures, elevating students, and inspiring leadership. We integrate pre- and post-evaluation into our training programs, improving our processes and sharing our data with our partners.

Career Coach Entrepreneur Academy (CCEA)

The most recent chapter in our evolution was the establishment of a career coaching school accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Launched in 2021 we certify career coaches, who use our propriety tools and methods to transform lives. Graduates of the coaching academy can be found in the Career Coaching Directory. We are proud to provide you with career coaches who are experts using the Elevate Your Career tools and resources to accelerate your career success.
